Created in Corel Painter 9/10 for the Midwest Fur Fest hotel keycard. I was very very nervous creating art of which everyone at the hotel would have a physical copy.

Sigh. I know what you mean about Guy Colleach(sp?). And Robert Bateman, John Seerey-Lester, etc... And yet, what a gorgeous image! You're one of the artists I look to when I need inspiration. I love those cold, snowy colors and bold lighting. The fox looks like he's about to spring away into oblivion (it's that moment for the viewer, just before the exclamation "Wow! Did I really see that?!"). Very dynamic and strong.
